ECHELON: RANGER is a next generation double edge safety razor designed to deliver a consistent, controlled shave, pairing a refined, full length handle with a patent pending asymmetrical head.

The dual angle design provides two distinct shaving approaches in one tool, one side for precision and the other for comfort, allowing you to adapt instantly by flipping the razor without changing blades or parts.

The traditional handle is built to a familiar length and weight for a balanced, natural feel in hand. V-bit engraved texture is machined directly into the surface, providing a secure grip without added bulk or coatings, resulting in a handle that feels stable, controlled, and predictable through every pass.

The asymmetric dual angle head is designed to make every shave more efficient and consistent by giving you two distinct shaving characteristics in one razor.

One side is tuned to 30° to comfortably reduce bulk and handle heavier growth with less resistance, while the other is set at 38° for a closer, more precise finish. This allows you to move through your shave with control and intention, without switching tools or relying on perfect technique.

The result is a smoother, more refined shave with less irritation, combining ease of use with the performance expected from a modern double edge razor.

ECHELON: was designed by first modeling and simulating the behavior of a bent razor blade, recognizing that the natural shape of a tensioned blade forms continuous splines rather than simple discrete radii.

That geometry led to the development of the Vari-Spline blade clamping system, which supports the blade along a series of contoured contact surfaces instead of a single curved radius.

This approach holds the blade more rigidly across its length, improving stability and reducing vibration or blade movement during the shave.

By shaping and fixing the blade through machined geometry instead of adjustment mechanisms, the Vari-Spline design delivers consistent blade angles, smoother passes, and long term reliability with no dials, springs, or stacks of baseplates to tune, manage, or wear out.

The overall performance of the razor comes from fixed geometry, not mechanisms.

The MIL-A-8625 Type II, Class 2 anodize provides a low-friction, rust-proof surface built to withstand daily use and moisture. This functional finish resists wear and corrosion while maintaining a clean appearance.

ECHELON: is machined in-house from solid billet aerospace grade aluminum, sourced domestically, using the same CNC equipment we trust for precision firearm components for our defense company, Helius Tactical.

Every surface is cut, not cast, with machining, finishing, and assembly handled under one roof to maintain strict consistency and control at every step.

All materials are sourced in the United States, including origin certified aluminum, ensuring full traceability and quality from raw stock to finished product.
